When the director, producer, cast or creative team cannot be in Toronto, we bring them in on Zoom: live on the cinema screen for the Q&A, or in recorded interviews with the media.

    Set up the call

    We set up the Zoom call for the director, producer, cast and creative team.

  2. 02 · On the night

    Bring it into the room

    The call runs on the cinema screen and through the room's sound, so the audience can ask questions.

  3. 03 · After

    Record and edit

    We record the call with clean audio, then cut interview edits and short reels from it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you photograph film premieres and screenings in Toronto?

Yes. We have photographed and filmed premieres and screenings for Illume Films since July 2023, in Toronto and New York.

Can you adapt our key art for the screening?

Yes. We rebuild key art for North America, with new dates and credits, then make the backdrop, standees, posters, 4K screen poster and social posts from it.

How fast do we get the photos and video?

20 edited photos the same day, the full album within 24 hours, and the first draft of a highlight video under 1 minute within 48 hours. The timing is set out in your written quote before the day.

Do you cover both photo and video?

Yes. One team can cover event photography and event videography at the same event.

Can the director and cast join over Zoom?

Yes. We set up the Zoom call, run it on the cinema screen and through the room's sound for the Q&A, and record it. We also record remote interviews with the media.

Can you adapt our trailer and materials for North America?

Yes. We update trailers for North America and rebuild the key art with new dates and credits. From it we make the posters, standee, backdrop, tickets, invitations, social posts and title cards.

How much does it cost?

Every project is quoted from your brief. The quote depends on the hours on site, the size of the crew, whether you need photo, video or both, and the design work you need.
