Elite Tenants: an audit, then a replacement website
Elite Tenants is an Ontario tenant-screening company. Our audit found the product was not the problem. The website was. So we set aside our own content plan and built a replacement website.
- Technical SEO audit
- Competitor analysis
- Ad testing
- Replacement website
- 852 Tangram work

01The brief
The product was not the problem
We first worked with the company on its social media. Our technical audit gave the live site a low score. Signups were far below the company's target.
Our conclusion:
"The gap is not product, it's presentation."
02What we delivered
The pieces
- A technical SEO and AI-search audit of the old site
- A competitor gap analysis
- Social media management and Meta ad testing
- A replacement website, built on Wix
- The replacement site is a multi-page Wix Studio build.
03How we worked
The calls we made
- 01Audit before more contentWe audited the site before writing more content for it, and concluded the gap was presentation, not product.
- 02Ads and the siteWe argued against spending ads into a site whose payments still ran in test mode: "You don't scale an unverified ad creative into a broken website."
- 03Our own plan, set asideThe audit found that no amount of content would fix the old site. That cancelled our own retainer content plan, and the build of a replacement website came to us instead.
04Result
What the record shows
The few ads that did run still showed which campaign earned the best click-through rate. We hold no signup or sales result for the replacement website, so we claim none.
