Terms & Conditions for Sample Registration 1. Eligibility: Free sample registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above who reside in regions where 852 Tangram operates. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. 2. Sample Availability: Free samples are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. 852 Tangram reserves the right to limit or modify sample distribution based on availability. 3. Non-Transferable: Free samples are intended solely for the registered individual and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. 4. Personal Information: By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information by 852 Tangram solely for the purpose of sample distribution. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties, except as required by Canada law enforcement only. 5. No Warranty: Samples are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 852 Tangram is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the samples. 6. Limitation of Liability: 852 Tangram is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may result from participating in the sample program or using the sample provided. 7. Modification and Termination: 852 Tangram reserves the right to modify or terminate the sample program at any time without notice. By registering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
